MY  STORY

My name is Christine N. Malone, MSN, RN, and nursing is more than my career, it is my calling. For over three decades, I have dedicated my life to caring for patients, mentoring nurses, and helping future healthcare professionals find their confidence and purpose in this profession.

My journey into nursing began with a simple desire: to make a difference in people’s lives during their most vulnerable moments. Over the past 36 years, I have worked across a variety of clinical specialties, gaining not only technical knowledge but also a deep understanding of the emotional strength, communication skills, and resilience required to succeed in nursing.

But along the way, I noticed something important.

I saw nursing students who were intelligent and capable, yet overwhelmed. I saw new graduates who struggled with confidence, communication, and transitioning from the classroom into real patient care. I saw future nurses who didn’t fail because they lacked ability, but because they lacked guidance, mentorship, and encouragement.

That realization is what led me to create CaringNurses101.

Why I Teach and Mentor Nursing Students

I created this platform to help bridge the gap between nursing education and real-world success. My goal is to simplify complex concepts, strengthen communication skills, and help students develop the confidence they need to thrive, not just survive, nursing school.

Through my courses, coaching, and resources, I focus on helping students:

• Build strong nursing foundations

• Develop professional communication skills

• Improve study and test-taking strategies

• Prepare for clinical experiences

• Build confidence as future nurses

• Manage stress and avoid burnout

I believe every nursing student deserves support, clear guidance, and someone who believes in their success.
