Retired RN. Published author. Nursing coach and mentor. And a woman of faith who believes that every nurse was divinely appointed for this work.
I spent decades at the bedside, training new nurses, mentoring students in their final quarter, and walking alongside the next generation of RNs as they found their confidence and their calling.
